Pre & Post Operative Rehabilitation

Impact Physical Therapy is known for excellence in proactive rehabilitation care. Before surgery, you’ll be fully educated about your rehabilitation process. We often work with the referring physician to train and educate you before your actual surgery.

Immediately following surgery, you may have swelling, pain, stiffness, loss of motion, weakness, and decreased function. Physical therapy can help to address these issues.

During your treatment, specific exercises will be provided to perform at home and in the clinic to regain your strength and range of motion.
